We're almost at the finish line! Once we've toured the home and settled on a price, a third party (such as a title company or lawyer) will take our agreement and schedule a closing date. The closing is the exciting moment when we finally seal the deal on the house, and everyone comes together to exchange money and keys. It's a bit like the grand finale of a fireworks show, but with less noise and more paperwork involved.
